Dawn Heinemeyer - Artist

Welcome to my new website!

Calgary based artist, Dawn Heinemeyer, has been honing her skills in various art mediums for many years. "A Little Bit of This and A Little Bit of That"  This really sums up Dawn's approach to art.  She enjoys many things, mediums, subject matter, concepts as well as themes and because of this, Dawn has to try it all!  Dawn is drawn (no pun intended) to everyday objects – abandoned or still lovingly used and snapshots from everyday life.

Dawn also participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer for the past 11 years.  Each year, Dawn paints an original watercolor, and produces poster prints and plaque mounts for sale.  All proceeds support her ride for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
